On Vidéotron Helix: in the Helix portal, assign the Fire Stick to a 'Gaming / Streaming' priority device class (this rebalances QoS), disable Advanced Security for the Fire Stick's MAC, and force the Wi-Fi to WPA2 only if the Fire Stick is older than the 4K Max 2nd gen.
